Support for young people to become entrepreneurs
The most important job creators in Hungary are micro and small enterprises, almost two thirds of which are one-person businesses. Encouraging entrepreneurship, supporting the creation of new businesses, developing the skills of new entrepreneurs, raising awareness about entrepreneurship and encouraging young people to set up and run a business can greatly contribute to raising the rate of employment. In order to increase the number of young entrepreneurs, the project aimed to provide grants to those jobseekers aged 18 to 30 who had been planning to set up their own individual business or micro-enterprise, and who had participated in a previous project that helped develop their business plan.
